I think the past 2 days of not having to be into work early have really helped – I feel so much better when I wake up in the morning now. I still lose steam partway through the day, but I’m feeling much less under the weather than I did a few days ago
Simple breakfast for the office.
Cottage cheese, 2 chopped nectarines, raw oats and some new hemp granola I picked up from Whole Foods yesterday.
Lunch was as simple as it gets.
I managed to not inhale my Fresh leftovers last night, and was so excited to eat it for lunch today.
I added in some fresh spinach and a fruit (I think it was a pluot?) to round out the meal a little, but didn’t end up eating the spinach. I started feeling a little nauseous around lunch (I think I waited too long to eat), and all I could stomach was some warm, comforting carbs
I’m so excited for the weekend! I don’t have any solid plans, except for going to the Harry Potter exhibit tomorrow, so I’m not sure what’s in store for me. Hopefully something fun and relaxing
