Hello! How are you all doing?
This past weekend was the long weekend known as “May Two-Four” in Canada, and I spent it up at my boyfriend’s cottage relaxing, drinking beer and enjoying the sunlight. It was a really nice break from school, even though I still had work to do while I wasn’t enjoying myself.
Now that I’m back at school, I’m back to packed breakfasts and lunches.

Today I packed up some vanilla yogurt, rice puffs, crumbled bran muffin and sunflower seed butter for breakfast. I meant to add in banana but forgot until I was already at school! It was still good without the banana, but I’ll try to remember it for tomorrow.

I was busy running around doing things during my lunch break, so before heading back to class I grabbed a whole wheat bagel with light cream cheese and cucumber slices from Tim Hortons. It was sooooo good, and I demolished it in about 5 seconds.

Dinner was some pasta cooked with frozen peas and alfredo sauce while I studied for the test I had in just a few hours. Something quick and easy for when groceries (and time) are running low.

Dessert was my last pear sauce from TJ’s (nooooo) and some dark chocolate.
I had a test in my elective today, and it was the first exam I’ve ever taken in university that didn’t involve any math. It was just multiple choice, so hopefully it went okay! My stomach was growling by the time I got home, so I had a bowl of cereal that got eaten before I could snap a picture, but it was delicious
For some reason I’ve been craving carbs > dessert in the evening.
Now I’ve gotta get some beauty sleep so I’m ready to hit the books again tomorrow. My life is so exciting
