Hello blog friends!
Even though I wasn’t planning on grocery shopping this week because I technically have enough food to eat, I felt like I was running really low on produce, and rather than go the whole weekend without anything green I decided to suck it up and get my grocery shopping out of the day.

This week’s haul was a little larger than usual, just because I’ve run out of a lot of essentials in the past while.

All in all, I spent about $55 on groceries this week. I made three stops – the grocery store for food, the LCBO for beer, and a bulk food store for candy and pumpkin seeds. I really like having just a bit of something chocolatey/sweet on top of my ice cream for dessert, but if I buy a whole bag of chocolates I tend to eat the whole thing and spend more money on it than I need to, so buying my candy from a bulk place really cuts costs and ensures that I’m not going to be found lying on the couch in a sugar coma one night.

Dinner was some Amy’s tomato bisque soup with spinach and greek yogurt, with a corn muffin and a little empire apple on the side. It was so cute, and a steal for 59 cents per pound!

My roommate had a lovely turkey sandwich and Thanksgiving leftovers for dinner, which I photographed for her after she said “If I was ever going to photograph a meal I had, it would be this one”

Study snacks involved some of the newly purchased beer, which is always necessary.

And some lego candy blox that may or may not have been used to build things before being eaten
Well, I’m off to do some more homework! Clearly I’ve been having a pretty wild Friday night
What do you normally do on Friday nights?
